Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products, opened or used personal care items, bath and body products that have been opened, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to make an exchange is to contact us first. If approved, you may return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
